Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Zoinly's software platform for gym and PG management ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Accounts and organizations
An account may own or be invited to one or more organizations (gyms or PGs). The organization owner is responsible for the accuracy of data entered, for managing staff access, and for compliance with applicable law in how they collect and use their own members' or tenants' data.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
New organizations receive a 30-day free trial with full features, capped at 200 members/tenants and 3 staff seats, with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription on one of the published plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
4. Payments between you and your customers
Zoinly's subscription fee is separate from the money that flows between an organization and its own members or tenants (membership fees or rent). Zoinly is not a party to that relationship — it optionally provides the payment rail when online payment is enabled, but is not responsible for disputes between an organization and its own customers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another organization's data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the data you enter about your organization, members or tenants. On request, we will help you export your data or delete your account's data, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zoinly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
